Entirely upgraded mobile app for Lithuania’s largest digital service provider
Baltic Amadeus updated Mano Ežys mobile app that, enabled communication between telecommunication services provider and their users to become much easier.
Situation
Telia, one of Lithuania’s largest digital service companies, had a mobile app, Mano Ežys, designed to perform the functions of its prepaid subscription program, Ežys.
However, despite its potential, the application had only basic functionality and could not serve as a truly convenient tool for informing and servicing customers.
Therefore, collaborating with Baltic Amadeus, Mano Ežys mobile app was upgraded.
Solution
As part of the app upgrade project, all necessary functions were relocated, and new functions were added, enabling seamless registration and communication about discounts and mobile plans through the Ežys website.
In addition, the updated version of the Mano Ežys app now also sends push notifications about account balances, and the Ežys visa feature has been migrated to mobile devices. Moreover, the customer service tools have been enhanced, and the Baltic Amadeus design team developed a sitemap and user experience-oriented design to support self-service functions.
As a result, the Baltic Amadeus team successfully achieved the main project goal of creating a new, functional, and user-friendly Mano Ežys application for both iOS and Android platforms.
Added value
The complete renewal of the mobile app resulted in enhanced communication between the telecommunications services provider and its users, adding substantial value for the client.
The upgraded app provides customers with easy access to critical account information and discounts, and the fresh design adds a welcome aesthetic touch while also improving the overall user experience.
With these improvements, the telecommunication company is better equipped to serve its customers, build loyalty, and strengthen its market position.
